Awards Committee is here for you, we heard you loud and clear. You wanted a fair, consistent way to recognize that you go above and beyond. That is what this group is all about. A set of standards has been set up so that YOU will know exactly what YOU need to do in order to receive an award. This will be an ongoing recognition program. Most Improved Rental Income (Year over Year)
Most Improved Occupancy for the Quarter (Year over Year)
Most Improved RMPI Score for the Quarter (Year over Year)
Lowest Expenses for the Quarter vs. Budget
**(All of the above awards are measured from same quarter previous year; with the exception of Expenses)**
Top Shops 98% or better
E-Leads lowest response time for the Quarter
-All e-leads responded within minimum criteria of 24 hours.
Brand Crusader for the Quarter
-Represents the combination of all 10 Ways to be a Winner
Leasing Consultant of the Quarter
- Highest Shop (last shop can be used if not shopped during the quarter)
- Most Leases
- Attendance (to be used as a tie breaker)
Maintenance Tech of the Quarter
- Manager recognized with RM to choose most compelling nomination
Assistant Manager of the Quarter
- Lowest Delinquency
- Lowest Bad Debt
- Highest Shop
Property of the Quarter
- Lowest Expenses
- Highest RMPI
- Highest Y/Y Income Growth (compared to previous year same quarter for the Quarter)
