Mike- I have slacked a bit lately and have not done very good at "Share the Spotlight", so in an effort to make a mends I would like to recognize the huge efforts that the team at LaSalle has made to reach... 96% Occupancy & 3.6% LTL from today's Grid. Yes, that is right 96% occ & 3.6% LTL.
What is even more impressive is that for June we had 38 M/I;s & 44 M/O's, for July we have had 27 M/I's & only 17 M/O's. The team has rented 60 units since June 1st (53 June & 7 July MTD).
The maintenance team has turned 65 units in the last 4 weeks for a staggering 16.25 units turned per week or 3.25 per day. This doesn't include the 261 service requests completed from June 1st through today. To break that down it is 52.2 per week or 10.44 per day. WOW!!!
So as you can see the team at LaSalle really has ROCKED Portland!
