April-06 Leasing Awards
Mishelle- Share the Knowledge- She is with-out peer when it comes to her desire to help others become the best they can be. She is always willing and eager to help a new hire, a newly promoted teammate or a co-worker that just needs a little refresher. She is patient and easy to open up to. She is not afraid to share her best practices and offer suggestion. Thanks for stepping up. You'll be counted on you this year!
Natalie- Listen Not Just Hear- Natalie has done an insanely great job being Daphne's right hand woman this last year. She has followed all direction while she has taken on many new responsibilities i.e., comp work sheet, Monday reports, detail pricing, etc. She is efficient and timely. She has been showing everyone what it means to be a team player. She can be counted on to get the job done and to always be of good cheer. Watch out for her- she will do many great thing this year. Can't wait too see!
